What happens when an item sells?
Connect your own Whatnot live in the Windows or macOS Desktop Agent, then start your Live Tray show. Completed sales appear with the buyer and assigned tray. Put the sold item in that tray while you prepare the next auction.
They buy again. You use the same tray.
Repeat purchases by the same buyer stay together during the show. If the same buyer wins consecutive auctions, the live display alternates to yellow to help you spot the repeat. The number is the tray reference; the colour is a cue, not a permanent buyer colour.
Keep your phone beside the products.
Open the same show in Live Tray Cloud on your phone. The large tray number is easier to check without turning back to the computer. Enable voice guidance to hear the tray and auction number through the phone speaker or your connected earbuds. Keep the live page active and the Desktop Agent running.
See the auction getting closer to the end.
The live view can show the auction countdown when timing is available from the connected show. Use it to prepare for the next item. The confirmed sale and buyer record tell you where the item belongs; the timer is a guide, not confirmation that someone bought it.
Finish the show with a packing list.
Open the saved show and choose a buyer tray. Check the expected items, mark what is packed and investigate anything missing before moving it to Ready to Ship. You can use a computer, phone or tablet. Standard includes two team seats; Pro includes five.
Put your shipping labels in the same order as your trays.
In the Desktop Agent, import your shipping-label PDF and select the matching saved show. Exact buyer usernames can produce tray suggestions. Review every page, assign unmatched pages or exclude them, then save a new PDF in tray order. Your original file stays unchanged.
Keep a record you can check.
Shows stay in history with sales, buyers and tray assignments. If something needs correction, review it against the marketplace record before editing or adding a sale. Live Tray organises your packing work; Whatnot remains the source for checkout, shipping addresses and postage.
