Use your phone for live tray and voice guidance
Put the large tray view beside your products and hear the tray through a speaker or earbuds.

1. Keep the selling computer connected
The Desktop Agent captures the live show on your Windows PC or Mac. Leave it running. Your phone opens the same cloud workspace; it does not replace the capture computer.
2. Open Live Tray on the phone
Sign in, select the correct live show and open the live view. You can add Live Tray to the Home Screen using your browser’s install or Add to Home Screen option. The exact menu differs between iPhone and Android.
3. Enable and check voice
Turn on voice guidance in the app. Check phone volume, browser audio permissions and the connected output device. Short guidance announces the tray and auction number; full guidance also includes the buyer. Speaker and earbud behaviour depends on the phone and browser.
4. Keep the live screen active
Keep the page in the foreground during the show. Where supported, screen-awake controls help keep it visible. Background tabs, a locked phone or browser restrictions can interrupt audio or updates, so check your own device before relying on it.
5. Read timing as guidance
If the connected auction supplies a timer, the countdown can help you prepare. Place the item using the confirmed buyer and tray record, not merely because a countdown reached zero.
