Choose the PDF and the saved show
Open Shipping Label PDF in the Desktop Agent and load a saved show’s buyer trays. Import the shipping-label PDF you already generated from your marketplace or carrier. The sorter supports files up to 50 MB and 1,000 pages.
Review buyer-to-tray suggestions
Readable, exact buyer usernames can suggest a tray. A shipping name alone may differ from the marketplace username, so a suggestion is not guaranteed. Review every page. For an unmatched or ambiguous page, choose the tray yourself or explicitly exclude it.
Save a new copy in numerical tray order
After reviewing the assignments, export a new PDF. Tray 2 comes before Tray 10, and pages assigned to the same tray keep their original order. The original pages are copied without redrawing the labels, including their barcodes and page rotation. Your source PDF remains unchanged.
Know which PDFs need extra care
Scanned pages require manual assignment; the sorter does not use AI or OCR to guess the buyer. Password-protected PDFs and form PDFs are not supported. A page with labels for several different buyers cannot be split into separate tray labels by this tool. Inspect the exported file and check your printer’s scale before printing.
Move from Ready to Ship to dispatched
Use Live Tray’s dispatch view to record which prepared parcels have left, with carrier and tracking details when available. Find the show again in history when you need to check progress.
Keep the final shipping check
Live Tray sorts your existing labels and records progress. Buy postage and confirm the recipient, address, service and marketplace requirements through your normal shipping provider.
