Live Tray is a public-beta service. Security work focuses on authenticated access, encrypted transport, workspace separation and limiting operational data to its intended purpose.
Account and workspace access
Cloud access uses Supabase authentication. Workspace roles and database policies are used to limit records to authorised users.
Purpose-limited workflow data
The product is designed for a seller’s own operational data, not mass scraping, surveillance or databases about unrelated users.
Responsible reporting
Send a concise report to support@live-tray.com with the subject prefix SECURITY. Do not access, alter or retain data that is not yours.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Live Tray does not claim certifications, audits or compliance approvals that have not been completed. Material updates will be reflected on this page and in the Privacy Notice.
