How to pack orders after a live show

A tray-by-tray checklist for expected items, missing pieces and Ready to Ship.

1. Choose the correct saved show

Open History and select the show you are packing. Check its date and platform before using the buyer list. Keep different shows physically separated unless you have deliberately checked how the orders should be combined in your marketplace.

2. Match the buyer to the physical tray

Search for the buyer or tray number, or scan a supported tray label with a keyboard-mode scanner. Read the buyer name before placing anything in the parcel.

3. Check and mark the items

Compare the expected items with the tray contents. Mark each item packed as you handle it. If you made a mistaken packing action, unpack it in the app so the record matches the parcel.

4. Stop for exceptions

If an item is missing, leave that work unfinished while you investigate. Check adjacent trays and the recorded sale. Do not use Ready to Ship as a substitute for checking the physical parcel.

5. Prepare dispatch

Once everything is checked, mark the order Ready to Ship. Confirm the recipient and postage, attach the correct label and record dispatch when the parcel actually leaves.
