Prepare your eBay Live selling and packing station
A practical setup for buyer trays, phone guidance and a clear hand-off to packing.

1. Give the selling computer a clear job
Run the Desktop Agent on your Windows PC or Mac. Select eBay Live, connect your show and confirm the connection before starting capture. Keep the computer awake and the Agent running while you sell.
2. Keep trays within easy reach
Number your trays and match the configured range. Leave enough room to add a second purchase without hiding the number. If one buyer fills a tray, label any extra container with the same reference and check both at packing time.
3. Check the companion screen
Sign in to the same Live Tray workspace on your phone and choose the active show. Enable voice if you want spoken tray guidance. Test the volume and keep the page active; do not discover a muted phone halfway through the live.
4. Plan the hand-off
Before you begin, decide who will check the sales, who packs and who records dispatch. Use each person’s own account within your plan allowance. Check final shipping details in eBay when preparing parcels.
