During the show
Keep the Agent running. Watch new sales and tray assignment in Cloud. Check the queue if the internet drops.
Packing test
Open Cloud on a phone, scan a tray code, verify every item and test missing-item handling.
Dispatch test
Mark an order ready, add carrier and tracking, then confirm the history remains available.
Send feedback
Open Account → Beta Ops. Include the platform name and clear reproduction steps in every capture report.
